Return Policy

Under Sweese Guarantee, if you have any problems with Sweese in the next 30 days, you can return it for a full refund as long as you bring in the receipt.

Please allow 7 to 10 Business Days to process your return. Once processed, either new tracking information, a merchandise credit, or refund confirmation will be e-mailed.

Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Regular orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging. Please notify us by phone or email before the return.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Sweese provides a 30-day manufacturer's warranty on all products. This means that, in the event that your product is found to be defective, Sweese will replace the item at no cost to you.

Please do not send the product back to us without contacting us first.
